Auxerre centre-back Willy Boly has said that he is "flattered" by reported interest from Sunderland.
The 22-year-old said that playing in the Premier League would be a dream come true, while other clubs around Europe are also believed to be tracking his progress.
However, Boly stated that he will not be discussing his future until the end of the season.
"I am flattered by all of the talk, but I will wait until the end of the season to see where I will be," Sky Sports News quotes Boly as saying.
"Sunderland? That would be fantastic. I have dreamt about the English league since the start of my career."
The French Under-19 international came through the youth set-up at the Stade de l'Abbe-Deschamps.
