Theo Walcott will reportedly play his first game of football on Friday since he suffered a cruciate knee ligament injury back in January.
Arsenal confirmed earlier this weekend that the England international had returned to full training following a nine-month layoff.
He will now step up his comeback by turning out for the club's development side against Blackburn Rovers, according to The Telegraph.
The report added that the 25-year-old has been pencilled in to play for no more than an hour.
If he were to come through that match unscathed, manager Arsene Wenger would then have to decide if he will include the winger in his squad for Saturday's Premier League encounter with Hull City.
