Arsenal are 'in pole position' to sign Roma's highly-rated winger Cengiz Under, according to a report.

Arsenal are reportedly the favourites to sign Roma winger Cengiz Under.

Under joined Roma from Istanbul Basaksehir in 2017 and has scored 10 times in his 40 appearances for the Italian giants in all competitions since his arrival.

According to ForzaRoma, a number of European clubs are interested in signing the attacker, but Arsenal are 'in pole position' to land the 15-time Turkey international.

Under has two goals and four assists in eight appearances for Roma during the 2018-19 campaign, and it is understood that the Serie A giants value the 21-year-old in the region of £53m.

Bayern Munich and Tottenham Hotspur are also believed to be keen on signing the former Altinordu youngster.
