Hector Bellerin says that Arsenal are not given enough credit and feels that even when they win, it is seen as "the other team's fault".

Hector Bellerin has claimed that Arsenal cannot win in the eyes of their critics.

The Gunners recovered from their 2-1 defeat to Watford by securing a 5-2 rout over Everton on Sunday at Goodison Park.

Arsene Wenger's men have lost two of their nine Premier League fixtures and find themselves fifth in the table, nine points behind leaders Manchester City.

Throughout the campaign, the Gunners have faced criticism for their performances and some players' desire and commitment have been questioned, but Bellerin thinks that even when the team are doing well, there is always a hint of negativity.

"I think it always is [an overreaction] with Arsenal," the full-back told the London Evening Standard. "It doesn't matter how we do. If we win it is always the other team's fault and when we lose it is always our fault.

"We have just got to deal with it as we have been doing, play our game and show that we have got the potential, that we can win games like this one. I think everyone has seen that."

Next up for the Gunners is an EFL Cup tie against Norwich City at the Emirates this evening.
