Arsenal captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has allegedly not ruled out the possibility of signing a new contract with the Gunners, but talks have not made any further progress.
The 30-year-old, who joined the North London outfit from Borussia Dortmund in January 2018, has scored 17 Premier League goals this season as Arsenal lie ninth in the table.
However, Aubameyang's contract is set to expire at the end of the 2020-21 season, and the club are reportedly set to reopen talks with the striker in the near future.
According to Le10 Sport, Aubameyang was reluctant to sign a new contract last Autumn due to a lack of Champions League football and doubts over Arsenal's transfer policy.
The Gabon international netted twice in Arsenal's 3-2 win over Everton at the weekend to go level with Jamie Vardy in the race for the golden boot.
