Barcelona have reportedly prepared a new six-year contract for teenage starlet Antonio Sanabria in an attempt to ward off interest from Arsenal.
The 17-year-old's contract at the Camp Nou, which includes a £2.5m release clause, expires in 2015, and according to The Mirror the Gunners are keen on seeing him walk the same path trodden by players such as Cesc Fabregas and Fran Merida.
The same source also reports that Blaugrana have written to the Football Association in an attempt to stop English club poaching their youngsters.
Manchester City and Juventus have also been linked with the Paraguayan striker, who made his international debut in a 3–3 draw against Germany in August after playing in the Under-20 World Cup.
