Calum Chambers agrees Arsenal move?

A report claims that Arsenal have agreed a £16m deal with Southampton for the services of right-back Calum Chambers.

Arsenal are on the brink of completing the signing of Southampton defender Calum Chambers, according to a report.

The 19-year-old right-back, who made 22 Premier League appearances for the Saints last season, has been linked with a move to the Emirates Stadium throughout the summer.

According to Goal.com, Chambers will be announced as an Arsenal player early next week after a deal which will rise to £16m was agreed between the two clubs.

Southampton have already seen Rickie Lambert, Adam Lallana and Luke Shaw depart the club during this transfer window, while Dejan Lovren, Jose Fonte and Morgan Schneiderlin could also be on their way out.
