Real Madrid midfielder Dani Ceballos close to completing Arsenal loan move?

Real Madrid and Spain midfielder Dani Ceballos is reportedly close to joining Arsenal on a season-long loan move.

Real Madrid midfielder Dani Ceballos is reportedly closing in on a loan move to Arsenal.

The 22-year-old has struggled to hold down a first team place at Real Madrid and has been linked to several teams over recent weeks.

A recent report from Spanish newspaper AS says that Ceballos has decided on the Premier League and is close to joining Arsenal on a season-long loan move amid interest from Tottenham Hotspur and AC Milan.

Gunners manager Unai Emery is said to have been key when it comes to convincing Ceballos, who scored three goals in 23 La Liga appearances last season.

The deal will reportedly see Arsenal have an option to buy the midfielder at the end of his loan stay at the Emirates Stadium.

Meanwhile, Real Madrid are 'open to offers' for eight other first team players this summer.
