Cesc Fabregas ‘tells Arsenal he’s leaving’

Cesc Fabregas apparently tells his teammates that he’s leaving Arsenal.

Cesc Fabregas has told his teammates that he’s leaving Arsenal, The Sun claims.

The 24-year-old captain has been strongly linked to a move to his boyhood club Barcelona following a failed attempt to transfer last year, and sources from both outfits have stated that he hopes to make the switch.

The Gunners declined a £31m bid from the Spanish side last month, demanding upwards of £40m for the player. However, Barca maintain that they won’t pay the asking price, suggesting that Arsene Wenger will let restless Fabregas go at the end of the transfer window.

AC Milan are also thought to be interested in the Spanish international.
