Arsenal target Lucho Gonzalez admits he could be tempted by a move away from Marseille.

Marseille midfielder Lucho Gonzalez has admitted that he could be tempted by a move to Arsenal after speculation linking him with a move to the Emirates.

The Argentine international was a summer transfer target of Arsene Wenger, but an apparent loan offer was rebuffed by the French outift.

Gonzalez has insisted that he has no immediate plans to leave France, but confesses nothing is ever certain in football.

"Arsenal? It's a great club who we have already played twice in this season's Champions League," Lucho told Mais Futebol.

"I feel I will continue at Marseille because I have signed a contract here, but it all depends on the offers and Marseille's interest.

"If there is a good club that comes in for me then what will happen remains to be seen."

The 30-year-old moved to Marseille in 2009 after four years with Porto.
