Paris Saint-Germain 'weighing up summer move for Matteo Guendouzi'

Paris Saint-Germain could move for Arsenal midfielder Matteo Guendouzi this summer, according to a report.

Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly considering a summer move for Arsenal's Matteo Guendouzi.

The central midfielder is widely expected to leave the Emirates Stadium ahead of the 2020-21 campaign, having been frozen out by head coach Mikel Arteta in the latter stages of the 2019-20 season.

The 21-year-old has been linked with a number of clubs over the last few weeks, including Barcelona and Juventus.

However, according to football.london, PSG are also in the hunt for the Frenchman and could make an attempt to sign him in the coming weeks.

The report claims that Arsenal are hopeful of earning in the region of £40m from a sale despite clubs knowing that the Gunners are keen to move him on in the current market.

Guendouzi arrived at the Emirates Stadium from French side Lorient in 2018.
