Arsenal have reportedly renewed their interest in Olympiacos defender Kostas Manolas.
The centre-back, who impressed for Greece at this summer's World Cup, is believed to be valued in the region of £8m by his club.
The Gunners were linked with the Greek earlier in the summer, but according to the Daily Express, the London outfit are now preparing to make a firm bid.
Arsenal are expected to sign a new centre-back before the end of the month due to Thomas Vermaelen's departure for Barcelona.
Manolas, 23, joined Olympiacos from AEK Athens in 2012.
