Roma and Inter Milan have reportedly joined the race to sign Thomas Partey from Atletico Madrid.
The 26-year-old has impressed in the heart of Diego Simeone's midfield this season, making 35 appearances across all competitions prior to the coronavirus suspension.
Arsenal have been heavily linked with a move for the Ghana international in recent weeks, but the Gunners could allegedly face stiff competition for Partey's signature.
According to Mundo Deportivo, Inter and Roma are both keen on a deal for the highly-rated midfielder, who is under contract at Simeone's side until 2023.
The report also claims that no agreement has been reached between Partey and Atletico over a new deal, but the Spanish outfit are determined to keep Partey on the books at the Wanda Metropolitano.
Manchester United have also been credited with an interest in the Ghanaian, who supposedly has a £42m release clause.
