Juventus midfielder Mario Lemina is reportedly the subject of interest from Stoke City.
Since the end of last season, Lemina has been linked with several sides in the Premier League, with Arsenal, Everton, Watford and West Ham United all being said to have an eye on the Gabon international.
However, according to Sky Sports News, Stoke are prepared to open talks with Juventus over a potential deal for the former Marseille man.
It has been suggested that the Potters are willing to pay €15m (£13.53m) for a player who has featured on 29 occasions in Serie A over the past two years.
The 23-year-old's contract does not expire until 2020, but with Juventus well stocked for players in the centre of the pitch, they may be willing to part ways with Lemina who has made the majority of his appearances off the bench.
Stoke boss Mark Hughes is currently refreshing his midfield, with Darren Fletcher having already been signed from West Bromwich Albion.
