Report: David Ospina to stay at Arsenal this year

Arsenal boss Arsebe Wenger has decided to keep goalkeeper David Ospina, according to reports.

Arsenal goalkeeper David Ospina will stay with the team this season, according to reports.

The Colombian was expected to leave following the arrival of Petr Cech, and Turkish side Fenerbahce were heavily linked with making a move.

However, The Mirror claims that Arsene Wenger has told Opsina that he will play a decent amount of first-team football this season, now that Wojciech Szczesny has joined Roma on loan.

The North Londoners are competing in four competitions, and Wenger is keen to rotate his keepers.

Ospina finished last season as the Gunners number one.
