The agent of Andreas Weimann reveals that the Aston Villa striker has had offers from other clubs ahead of the new season.

The agent of Andreas Weimann has revealed that the Aston Villa striker has received offers from other clubs for next season.

The 21-year-old Austrian, who is out of contract in summer 2014, helped Villa narrowly avoid relegation from the Premier League this term by scoring eight goals.

"Andi will stay in the Premier League but at which club I don't know," Rob Groener is quoted as saying by The Metro. "There are offers but we'll first meet Villa."

Weimann signed his first professional contract with Villa in 2010 following a three-year spell in their youth academy.
