Former Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur striker Dimitar Berbatov is reportedly in talks with Aston Villa.
The 34-year-old is a free agent after leaving AS Monaco at the end of last season.
Berbatov has previously spoken to the Midlands outfit regarding a move, according to former Villa captain Stiliyan Petrov.
Villa manager Tim Sherwood is said to be keen to bring the Bulgarian to the Midlands to add some experience to his side and, according to Sky Sports News, Berbatov has flown to Birmingham for talks with the club.
He scored 95 goals in 229 Premier League appearances for United, Spurs and Fulham between 2006 and 2014.
