Seeking to avoid a fourth successive loss in La Liga, Granada play host to Real Betis at the Estadio Los Carmenes on Thursday night.

While the hosts are languishing in 19th place after six matches, the visitors find themselves sitting in 10th after an inconsistent start to the new campaign.

We say: Granada 1-3 Real Betis

The managers of both teams will be seeking a response on Thursday following a difficult spell of form, with a greater level of pressure mounting on Granada to turn their fortunes around and escape the drop zone.

However, Real Betis will be considered as the favourites here and they should have too much quality in the final third for a Granada side who have shown signs of weakness at the back throughout the early stages of this season.

Celta Vigo will look to claim their second win of the La Liga season when they welcome newly-promoted Alaves to Balaidos on Thursday.

The hosts travel to Galicia with hopes of picking up their first away points of the season after losing all of their opening three away matches.

We say: Celta Vigo 2-1 Alaves

Thursday's encounter pits a team that has struggled on home turf against a side that has lost their last nine La Liga away matches.

While hopes of a victory may be slim in both camps, recent history suggests that Celta Vigo may have the edge after winning their previous five meetings with Alaves, which is why we think the hosts may sneak over the line to claim three points.

Fresh from their Madrid derby triumph on Sunday, Atletico Madrid will be looking to claim another three points in La Liga when they face Osasuna at Estadio El Sadar on Thursday night.

The hosts, meanwhile, as seeking to avoid a fifth consecutive game without a victory in all competitions.

We say: Osasuna 0-2 Atletico Madrid

Atletico Madrid will be considered firm favourites to win on Thursday and have every reason to feel confident of securing maximum points against an Osasuna side who are yet to find their groove in the early stages of this season.

Only Barcelona and Girona (both 16) have scored more La Liga goals than Atletico (13) so far this term, and we expect their in-form attackers to have more joy in the final third at Estadio El Sadar.
