Borussia Dortmund are reportedly interested in signing Atletico Madrid forward Diego Costa.
The 25-year-old, who has emerged as one of the best strikers in European football, has netted 13 times in La Liga for Diego Simeone's side this season.
Liverpool were rebuffed in an approach for the Brazilian-born forward in the summer, but according to Sport Bild, Dortmund will test Atletico's resolve with an offer at the end of the season.
Dortmund are widely expected to lose Robert Lewandowski, who is out of contract at the end of the season, but the Pole's destination is yet to be revealed.
Costa, meanwhile, signed a new long-term deal with Atletico in the summer, meaning that only a sizeable offer would be considered by the Spanish outfit.
