Xavi hails 'perfect night'

Departing Barcelona midfielder Xavi admits that he 'cannot ask for any more' after winning a fourth Champions League with the Catalan outfit in Berlin.

Barcelona midfielder Xavi has said that winning the 2015 Champions League 'was the perfect way' for him to leave the Catalan outfit.

The Spaniard is heading for Qatari side Al-Sadd this summer, but capped his final season in a Barca shirt by winning the treble.

The final leg of that trio of trophies was completed on Saturday as Barca beat Juventus 3-1 in the final of the Champions League in Berlin.

"There are no words, I can't ask for any more. To leave this way is perfect," Xavi told UEFA.com.

Xavi, who leaves Barcelona having won eight league titles and four Champions Leagues, came on for Andres Iniesta in the latter stages of the match.
