Barcelona will be aiming to bounce back from a disappointing result in the Champions League when they resume their La Liga campaign at home to Alaves on Sunday afternoon.
Xavi's side, who are third in the La Liga table, were beaten 1-0 by Shakhtar Donetsk in Europe on Tuesday evening, while Alaves will enter this match off the back of a 1-0 league success over Almeria.
We say: Barcelona 2-0 Alaves
Alaves will certainly be the fresher of the two teams, and they have previous when it comes to positive results away from home against Barcelona. Xavi's side will be desperate to bounce back from their European disappointment, though, and we are expecting them to secure all three points ahead of the international break.

Sevilla vs. Betis (Sunday, 5.30pm)

The latest instalment of the Seville derby will take place at Estadio Ramon on Sunday evening, with Sevilla welcoming an in-form Real Betis in Spain's top flight.
Both teams will enter this match off the back of European fixtures, with Sevilla suffering a 2-0 loss to Arsenal in the Champions League, while Real Betis beat Aris Limassol 4-1 in the Europa League.
We say: Sevilla 1-1 Real Betis
The form book points to an away win here, but Real Betis have not beaten Sevilla at Estadio Ramon in the league for almost six years. Both league meetings between the two teams last season were drawn, and we are predicting another stalemate here, which would not be the worst result in the world for either side.

Atletico vs. Villarreal (Sunday, 8.00pm)

Atletico Madrid will be aiming to return to winning ways in Spain's top flight when they welcome Villarreal to Wanda Metropolitano on Sunday evening.
Diego Simeone's side, who are fourth in the La Liga table, suffered a 2-1 defeat to Las Palmas last Friday, while 13th-placed Villarreal were beaten 3-2 by Athletic Bilbao in their last league affair.
We say: Atletico Madrid 2-0 Villarreal
Villarreal have shown improvement of late, but they are well below the team that impressed for long stages of last season, and we are finding it tough to predict them to pick up a positive result here. Atletico will be desperate to return to winning ways in the league, and Simeone's side should have enough quality to secure all three points this weekend.
