Sergi Roberto: 'Sandro Ramirez, Munir El-Haddadi in difficult position'

Barcelona midfielder Sergi Roberto admits that teammates Sandro Ramirez and Munir El-Haddadi, both 20, are currently in a difficult position at the Catalan club.

Barcelona midfielder Sergi Roberto has conceded that teammates Sandro Ramirez and Munir El-Haddadi are both in a difficult position with the Catalan outfit.

The two attackers, both 20, have featured for the Spanish giants in the early part of the campaign, but it is thought that at least one will be let go in January as the club looks to free up funds.

Sandro is the player that has been strongly linked with a move away, having failed to score in eight appearances for the first team this season.

"They are not in an easy situation. In their position they have the best players in the world and when they play everyone expects them to do as well [as Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Neymar]," Roberto told Mundo Deportivo.

"They work hard every day to be the best they can, but it's a process. There is only one Messi and it is difficult to take his place, especially at this level."

Sandro netted four times in 12 appearances last season, but Munir only has one goal in 22 first-team appearances for Luis Enrique's side.
