Arthur 'performs U-turn on Barcelona future amid Juventus links'

Barcelona midfielder Arthur is reportedly now willing to consider a move to Juventus, having previously been steadfast in his desire to stay at Camp Nou.

Barcelona midfielder Arthur has reportedly changed his mind regarding his future at the club and is now willing to consider a move to Juventus.

The Italian champions have been linked with the 23-year-old for a number of months now as Barcelona look to trim their wage bill as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.

However, the player himself has consistently insisted that he wants to stay at Camp Nou, even after reports emerged that Barcelona and Juventus had agreed a transfer fee for his services.

Marca reports that Arthur has now begun to consider the possibility of leaving Catalonia, though, after being offered wages of double what he is currently earning at Barcelona.

Juventus are now confident of securing the Brazilian's signature, with Barcelona facing a race against time to balance their books before June 30.

Arthur has made 27 appearances across all competitions this season, scoring four goals and creating four more.
