Neymar has reportedly told Paris Saint-Germain that he does not want to sign a new contract at the club and instead wants to rejoin Barcelona.
The Brazilian winger became the most expensive player of all time when he swapped Camp Nou for the Parc des Princes in a £198m deal three years ago.
However, there has been intense speculation over his future ever since amid repeated links with a return back to Spain, and Barcelona remain interested in re-signing him to reunite the famed 'MSN' partnership with Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez.
Recent reports had suggested that Neymar was becoming more open to extending his stay in the French capital, but Spanish outlet Sport claims that he will demand a transfer this summer and reject any attempts to tie him down to a new deal.
The 28-year-old's current contract expires in 2022, but PSG are aware that his transfer value diminishes with each passing year and so could consider cashing in on him.
The report goes on to claim that the newly-crowned French champions will prioritise the future of Kylian Mbappe, whose contract also expires in 2022.
Neymar has suffered regular injury troubles during his time at PSG, but has still directly contributed to 108 goals in just 80 appearances for the club.
