Barcelona have placed defender Samuel Umtiti on the transfer list, according to a report.
The Frenchman has struggled with injuries since moving to the Camp Nou in 2016 and he is yet to make an appearance for Barca this season.
Eric Garcia, Ronald Araujo, Gerard Pique, Oscar Mingueza and Clement Lenglet are all ahead of Umtiti in the pecking order in Catalonia.
With Barcelona still struggling financially, Sport claims that the club's hierarchy will do everything in their power to get the 27-year-old off the books in January.
The report adds that Umtiti was offered the opportunity to leave in the summer, with Nice, Besiktas and Lazio all keen on signing him, but that the defender turned down the proposals.
However, it has now been suggested that Barcelona could even terminate his contract if he refuses to find a club in the January transfer window.
Umtiti has made 132 appearances for Barca, winning two La Liga titles and three Copa del Rey crowns.
