Neymar's father has hit out at the 'lies' regarding the Paris Saint-Germain forward's future, insisting that there is no truth to the rumours linking him with a return to Barcelona.
The Brazil international has been repeatedly linked with a move back to Camp Nou ever since departing in a £198m move to PSG in August 2017 - a record transfer that still stands.
Reports last month suggested that Barca are even contemplating a swap deal that would see Philippe Coutinho head to the French capital, but Neymar Santos Senior has refuted these claims.
"It's a lie," he told Telefoot when asked about the ongoing links. "There has not been a call to Barcelona. There are only two players who speak in Neymar's name: he and I. Neither of us have spoken about the possibility of returning to Barcelona."
Real Madrid have also been touted as a possible next destination for Neymar, while Manchester United are rumoured to be preparing a mammoth bid for the 27-year-old.
