A report claims that Paris Saint-Germain are preparing a move for Barcelona defender Daniel Alves.

Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly preparing a big-money move for Barcelona defender Daniel Alves.

The Brazilian, who has been with the La Liga champions since 2008, is widely regarded as one of the best right-backs in world football.

However, the emergence of Martin Montoya at Camp Nou has led to suggestions that the 30-year-old faces a fight to earn a spot in the team next season.

According to Football Espana, that has alerted PSG, who are keen to add one more marquee signing to their squad this summer.

However, it is believed that Barcelona will refuse to sell Alves to a direct Champions League rival.
