Borussia Dortmund defender Mats Hummels has praised the club's attacking players ahead of their Champions League final showdown with domestic rivals Bayern Munich next week.
BVB meet Bayern on May 25 in the showpiece final at Wembley and Hummels feels that a large part of their success in the competition has been down to their forwards, who he believes are some of the finest on the continent.
"We have a strong defence under Jurgen Klopp, while our attack is one of the best around in Europe," Hummels told reporters.
"It is a bit of a surprise that we have made it to the final. I think that we fully deserve to be here, though. We were on the verge of elimination against Malaga, while Bayern nearly went out against Arsenal, but I think we both deserved to make the final.
"The fact that we meet Bayern is not an extra motivation. The fact that we have the chance to win the Champions League is motivation enough."
Klopp's side relinquished their Bundesliga crown to Jupp Heynckes's this season.
