Birmingham City manager Lee Clark admits that his side need to return to winning ways sooner rather than later.

Birmingham City manager Lee Clark has admitted that he needs to see a "reaction" from his team against Brighton & Hove Albion on Saturday.

The Blues saw Leeds United come from behind to win 2-1 in the FA Cup on Tuesday night and Clark has revealed that he is hoping that his side can instead repeat the level of performance that they showed against Huddersfield Town last weekend.

Clark told the Birmingham Mail: "We need a reaction, we need a positive performance, we need a win – which is more important.

"We need to win some football games and we're hoping that if we can get back to the level of performance we were at at Huddersfield, we can then go on and get the result those sort of performances deserve."

Birmingham City are currently in 20th place in the Championship table.
