Paul Clement has been confirmed as the new assistant head coach at Blackburn Rovers.
The 39-year-old, who begins the role immediately, has previously spent two seasons at Chelsea and seven at Fulham. He replaces John Jensen, who left Ewood Park in September.
Manager Steve Kean said today: "I'm delighted that Paul has agreed to join us. He is someone I know well and respect as a coach and will be on the bench with me at QPR tomorrow."
Clement added: "I'm excited to be here at a big club like Blackburn Rovers and am really looking forward to the challenge. It's great to be linking up with Steve again, having worked with him previously at Fulham, and I can't wait to get started."
Rovers have struggled so far in the new season, garnering just four points from their first seven games. They now sit one place from bottom in the table.
