Blackburn Rovers global advisor Shebby Singh has insisted that whoever becomes the club's new manager will be under pressure from day one.
Steve Kean resigned as Blackburn manager last month claiming that his position had become "untenable", and Singh has warned the next occupant of the role to face the same pressure.
Singh told the Daily Mail: "The new manager must understand that he will not have two or three seasons to build the club - he will be under pressure straight away.
"If he doesn't get it right, we will have a chat about things. He doesn't have to worry about losing three games in a row at the start - because he's new we will give him a few more."
Blackburn have failed to win a match since the departure of Kean.
