Bolton Wanderers are expected to announce the signing of Leicester City defender Matt Mills today.
The 25-year-old joined the Foxes for a transfer fee of £4.5m 12 months ago, but has not featured since February following a reported row with manager Nigel Pearson.
Mills will join the Trotters on a season-long loan on Wednesday then talks over a permanent move will continue, according to the Daily Star.
Leicestershire-born Mills had been captain of Pearson's team prior to his omission from the side.
