Borussia Dortmund, Wolfsburg to battle for Andre Ayew?

A report claims that German duo Borussia Dortmund and Wolfsburg will battle for the signature of Marseille forward Andre Ayew on a free transfer next summer.

Borussia Dortmund and Wolfsburg are reportedly ready to fight for the signature of Marseille forward Andre Ayew next summer.

The Ghana international's contract with the Ligue 1 leaders expires at the end of the season.

Marseille are keen to keep the 24-year-old, who has scored 43 goals in 165 appearances for the club since joining from native side Nania and making his debut in 2007.

However, it is understood that Ayew may want to seek a fresh challenge and German publication Bild claims that Bundesliga pair Dortmund and Wolfsburg both want him to freshen up their attack.

Ayew has previously been linked with Premier League trio Arsenal, West Ham United and Liverpool.
