Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe has heaped praise on goalkeeper Adam Federici following the stopper's heroics during his side's penalty-shootout win over Preston North End in the League Cup.
Federici saved penalties from Alan Browne, Jordan Hugill and Daniel Johnson in a 2-2 draw at Deepdale to fire the Cherries into round four.
"He's an outstanding goalkeeper and he's made some great saves there that's got us through and the lads have shown great composure to score at the other end," Howe told reporters.
Bournemouth are back in Premier League action this weekend when they pay a visit to Stoke City.
