Ryan Fraser pens new Bournemouth deal

Bournemouth hand a new long-term contract to winger Ryan Fraser, who is currently on loan at Ipswich Town.

Winger Ryan Fraser has signed a new three-year contract with Premier League side Bournemouth.

Fraser will spend the 2015-16 campaign on loan at Ipswich Town, but Cherries boss Eddie Howe has revealed that he sees the future of the Scotland Under-21 international at the Vitality Stadium.

Howe told the club's official website: "We see his long-term future with us. His loan is about developing him and making him a better player, because I felt if I couldn't guarantee him a starting spot then I needed to get him games.

"Hopefully he'll be able to get a consistent run with Ipswich and show everyone just how good he can be."

The 21-year-old scored two goals in 27 appearances in all competitions last season.
