Burnley are lining up a bid for Livingston defender Jack Fitzwater, according to a report.
The Clarets are currently bottom of the Premier League table, having only won a single game all season, with Sean Dyche's side four points adrift of safety at the moment.
The club have actually conceded fewer goals than every single team in the bottom half of the division at the moment, but they are looking at bolstering their defensive options.
According to the Daily Mail, Burnley are set to line up a bid to sign Livingston's central defender Fitzwater, who is a former West Bromwich Albion academy graduate.
The SPL side are looking for £1m in order to part ways with the 24-year-old, who has been a regular within the team this season, playing 21 games in the league so far.
Fitzwater is under contract with the Lions until 2023, and there is other interest for him within England, as Watford are also keeping tabs on his situation.
