Kagisho Dikgacoi joins Cardiff City from Crystal Palace

Kagisho Dikgacoi signs for newly-demoted Championship side Cardiff City from Crystal Palace.

Cardiff City have announced that they have secured the signing of Kagisho Dikgacoi from Crystal Palace.

The Welsh outfit, who fell into the Championship last season after finishing at the bottom of the Premier League table, confirmed the news via their official Twitter page on Thursday.

"The manager was persistent in wanting to bring me here, which always means a lot to a player," Dikgacoi told the club. "Growing up I was a big fan of the way he played and I can't wait to get started with my new teammates in training.

"I'm really looking forward to my first game in front of the Cardiff City fans."

The 29-year-old spent three years with Palace after moving from Fulham in 2011.
