Celtic have announced the signing of Cristian Gamboa on a three-year deal from West Bromwich Albion.
The 26-year-old moved to The Hawthorns following the 2014 World Cup, but struggled to establish himself in the first team and made just one Premier League start for the club.
In all, the Costa Rica international was on the field for just 260 minutes during his 11 league appearances over a two-year spell for the Baggies.
The full-back has now made the switch to the Scottish champions for an undisclosed fee, putting pen to paper on a deal that will keep him at the club until 2019.
Gamboa becomes Celtic's fifth signing of the summer under Brendan Rodgers, following in the footsteps of Moussa Dembele, Kolo Toure, Scott Sinclair and Dorus De Vries.
