How Chelsea could line up against Leicester City

Ahead of Saturday's Premier League clash between Chelsea and Leicester City, Sports Mole looks at Maurizio Sarri's side could line up at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea head into their Premier League encounter with Leicester City on Saturday afternoon looking to register their third win in a row in the top flight.

The Blues have suffered defeats to Tottenham Hotspur and Wolverhampton Wanderers in recent weeks, but victory over the Foxes would keep the club in at least fourth place heading into Christmas.

Maurizio Sarri has also been boosted by his side reaching the EFL Cup semi-finals courtesy of a 1-0 win over Bournemouth on Wednesday night.

Sarri may consider rotating his squad over a hectic period, and here Sports Mole looks at how his team could line up in West London.

Out: Marco van Ginkel (knee),
Doubtful: Alvaro Morata (knee), Victor Moses (back)

Alvaro Morata is again likely to miss out for Chelsea with the Spaniard still nursing a knee problem sustained against Videoton in the Europa League, while Victor Moses has a back injury.

Gary Cahill could return to the bench with Andreas Christensen having been withdrawn against Bournemouth, while Ethan Ampadu and Callum Hudson-Odoi are expected to miss out on a place in the squad.

Sarri will recall the players who played no part in midweek, meaning that David Luiz, Marcos Alonso, Jorginho and N'Golo Kante will all take their place in the side.

Eden Hazard is fit having shaken off a knock picked up against Brighton & Hove Albion, while Willian and Olivier Giroud should make up the rest of the attack.
