Chelsea winger Eden Hazard has been ruled out for two weeks with the groin injury he picked up against Crystal Palace on Sunday, according to reports.
The Belgian limped off the field after only 16 minutes at Selhurst Park having sustained the injury while going for goal in the opening stages of the London derby, which Chelsea went on to win 3-0.
It was initially thought that Hazard could face a sustained spell on the sidelines, but multiple reports now claim that the problem is not as bad as first feared and that he should be available again in a couple of weeks.
The 24-year-old is likely to miss matches against Scunthorpe United, West Bromwich Albion and Everton, but could be fit in time for the London derby with Arsenal at the Emirates on January 24.
Hazard is yet to score a single goal for Chelsea this season, making it 2,289 minutes since he last found the back of the net for the club.
