Chelsea boss Antonio Conte pours cold water on Gianluca Vialli's claims that he is looking forward to leaving the club.

Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has hit out at claims from Gianluca Vialli about his future at the club.

Ex-Blues striker Vialli was recently quoted as saying that his former Juventus teammate is "looking forward" to leaving Stamford Bridge at the end of the season, but the Italian coach has staunchly denied such speculation.

"It's not true, it's not true. Gianluca is a friend but I am not talking with him for one year maybe," the Chelsea manager told reporters in his pre-match press conference for this weekend's clash with West Ham United.

"It's not true. It's very difficult for me but since this season [started] I am listening to a lot of speculation about my future and I am hearing a lot of people talking about my future. I am reading a lot of speculation about my future but [this has been] since the start of the season, not now.

"The only thing that is true is that I am committed to this club. I have a contract with this club. I work very hard for this club. This is the only thing that is true. The other situations are not true."

Conte has been repeatedly linked with a move away from Chelsea following a disappointing season in which they failed to mount a defence to their Premier League crown.
