Andre Villas-Boas has asked that Chelsea's goalscorers involve him in their celebrations, according to reports.
The Blues boss, who earlier this week said that he is unconcerned as to whether his side like him or not, is understood to have suggested the idea at a recent team meeting, according to The Sun.
"The manager has asked the players to look across and recognise him and his staff on the bench after a goal," a Chelsea spokesperson said.
"He believes that by celebrating together it shows we are all in it together. That's the players, the manager, the subs, the staff, the medical people – everyone working and celebrating together."
Chelsea are currently ten points adrift of leaders Manchester City in fourth place in the Premier League.
