Chelsea interim manager Roberto Di Matteo says that he welcomes tactical advice from the Blues players.

Chelsea interim coach Roberto Di Matteo has admitted that he doesn't have a problem with the likes of John Terry offering tactical advice to the coaching staff.

The former England captain could clearly be seen instructing his teammates from the bench following his substitution during the Blues' victory over Napoli in the Champions League last night.

"I've had a long playing career myself at the highest level," said Di Matteo. "I've been coaching for some years now as well and I expect everybody to be involved and everybody to help each other on the pitch and the ones that are on the bench, and that's what I believe in."

Chelsea discovered today that they will go up against Benfica in the quarter-finals of the Champions League.
