Eddie Newton has said that it has been "easy" turning around Chelsea's season thanks to the "fantastic" spirit of the club.
Newton was drafted in as Roberto di Matteo's right-hand man following the sacking of Andre Villas-Boas.
"It's been easy coming into this club," Newton said. "There's a fantastic spirit in the dressing room and a magnificent squad of players with everyone pulling together.
"We haven't changed much. We've just kept talking to them, reminding them how good they are and the need to go out and show some pride.
"The win against Napoli showed what they can do."
Chelsea are currently fifth in the Premier League, three points off the top four.
