Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho: 'We'll get back on track'

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho insists that his team will get "back on track" after taking just four points out of a possible 12 at the start of the Premier League season.

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is confident that the team can successfully defend their Premier League title this season, despite a poor start to the campaign.

The Blues have secured just one victory in four games in the top flight, which has left them eight points behind Manchester City, who have a 100% record.

Prior to the international break, Chelsea suffered a 2-1 defeat to Crystal Palace, and they have also recorded a 3-0 loss against City.

Despite the team's slow start, Mourinho has insisted that they will improve and add to the club's success.

"At the moment, we are losing matches and not getting results, but step by step we are going to be back on track," the London Evening Standard quotes Mourinho as saying. "Three months ago we won the title and every success I have, I want more."

Chelsea's next game is away against Everton at Goodison Park this Saturday.
