Chelsea coach Eddie Newton has called on the Blues team to show "passion" in the final stretch of the season.
Newton was brought in by temporary manager Roberto Di Matteo following the dismissal of Andre Villas-Boas.
"It has been very quick and quite emotional," Newton told Chelsea TV. "Everyone knows I love the club and am looking forward to giving my all.
"As soon as possible, I want to get stuck into the coaching, working individually with players, doing the whole shebang.
"If anybody wants to talk to me, I am there and let's have a bit of passion going forwards."
Di Matteo's first test as interim boss is an FA Cup fifth-round replay against Birmingham City tonight.
