Eden Hazard vows to lead Chelsea into Champions League

Eden Hazard describes Chelsea as "one of the biggest clubs in the world" and says that they have to be playing in the Champions League next season.

Eden Hazard has insisted that Chelsea are too big a club to miss out on the Champions League and has pledged to guide them back into UEFA's showpiece competition.

The Blues drew 1-1 against rivals Manchester United on Sunday afternoon to leave their top-four destiny in their own hands with two games to go.

Chelsea can also book a place in next season's Champions League by going all the way in the Europa League this term, with Eintracht Frankfurt up next in the semi-finals.

Hazard has been heavily tipped to join Real Madrid and, should he indeed make the move to Spain this summer, he intends to go out on a high.

"Chelsea has to play in the Champions League every year," he told Sky Sports News. "It's one of biggest clubs in the world, and for myself also I want to play in the Champions League - and we will."

Chelsea are two points better off than fifth-placed Arsenal and a further point in front of United.
