Frank Lampard is "certain" to leave Chelsea at the end of the season, according to the midfielder's agent.

Frank Lampard's agent has said that it is "certain" that the midfielder will leave Chelsea at the end of the season.

The 34-year-old, who will be a free agent in the summer, has yet to be offered a new deal at Stamford Bridge.

Steve Kutner told Cittaceleste.it: "At this time, Lampard thinks only of the present. That is Chelsea.

"On the future, the only certain thing is that he'll change team at the end of the season.

"Frank wants to play in a great team, able to fight for important goals and winning other trophies."

Lampard has made over 500 appearances for Chelsea since moving from West Ham United in 2001.
