Braga president Antonio Salvador has revealed that the Portuguese club will be entitled to 20% of Diego Costa's sell-on fee should the striker leave Atletico Madrid this summer.
The Brazilian-born Spanish international moved to Braga in February 2006 before leaving for Atletico in December of the same year.
Costa has since settled at the Vicente Calderon after three separate loan spells and a permanent period with Real Valladolid, with the forward scoring 36 goals in 50 games for the capital outfit this season.
Chelsea have been widely linked with a £30m move for the 25-year-old and it has now been confirmed that Braga would be entitled to a proportion of the figure.
"It is true that we have a percentage of the future transfer. We'll be on the lookout [for his transfer]," Salvador told AS.
Costa is now widely regarded as one of the best strikers in European football.
