Report: Roma not interested in Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas

Roma have not held discussions over a move for Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas, according to a report.

Roma have not held discussions over a move for Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas, according to reports.

It had been claimed on Tuesday that the Serie A club were keen on the 29-year-old and were willing to use Radja Nainggolan or Antonio Rudiger as makeweights in any prospective deal.

According to Sky Sports News, however, there have been no talks over such a deal, with Nainggolan expected to remain with the Giallorossi beyond the January transfer window.

Fabregas, who has been capped 105 times for Spain, has only started four times for the Stamford Bridge outfit this season, and only made eight appearances overall.
